The Website and the Services are owned, operated and managed by Lampros Energy.

We do not collect any such Non Personal Information directly. We rely on certain Third Party Services for collecting and recording such Non Personal Information. c) User Generated Content: We collect such User Generated Content as is made available to us voluntarily by any Visitor.

We rely on the Third Party Services for storage of all information collected from the Visitors. In particular, any Personal Information that we collect is stored in data centers operated by Wix. In this regard, kindly review Section 5 of the Wix Privacy Policy. A copy of the Personal Information is also stored by us on the Google Drive cloud service and the same is stored in data centers operated by Google. In this regard, we strongly advise you to review the Google Privacy Policy and fully understand their privacy related practices.

 

We rely on the security measures implemented by Wix and Google to safeguard and secure the Personal Information that we collect. We have also put in place internal policies to prevent unauthorized access to or disclosure of the Personal Information collected by us. While we will strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect the Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

 

We will retain the Personal Information for such period of time as may be necessary for fulfilling the purposes set out in Clause 5 of this Policy. We may also retain the Personal Information as reasonably necessary to comply with our legal obligations under Applicable Law and to protect our legitimate interests. When any Personal Information is longer required, we will ensure that is deleted securely.

Please refer to Clause 9 of this Policy for details on the Third Party Services that we have engaged.

b) Advertising: We may use certain Third Party Services to show advertisements on the Website to help us sustain our operations. However, we do not share any Personal Information with such Third Party Services for their advertising and marketing activities.

c) Legal Compliance: We may disclose certain information (whether Personal Information, Non Personal Information or User Generated Content) to third parties such as law enforcement agencies and courts if the disclosure of such information is required for compliance under Applicable Law or to protect our rights and interest in relation to the Website and the Services or to protect against the misuse or unauthorized use of our Website and the Services. We engage certain Third Party Services that enable us to facilitating the function of the Website and enable us to provide the Services to you.

b) Third Party Developers: We may install applications offered by third party developers on the Wix platform for rendering certain services in connection with the operation of the Website. c) Google Analytics: Google Analytics is a web analytics services offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. The data collected by Google Analytics (Non Personal Information only) is used to track and monitor the use of our Website. Other than the Third Party Services mentioned in Clause 9 of this Policy, we do not use any monitoring and tracking technologies, including Cookies. The Third Party Services that we engage may use certain monitoring and tracking technologies such as Cookies, beacons, pixels, tags and scripts. These monitoring and tracking technologies help us and such Third Party Services improve our respective services and offer a better experience to the Visitors. c) Right to Delete Personal Information: You have the right to delete your Personal Information collected by us. You can exercise this right by sending an e-mail communication from your registered e-mail address to our e-mail address provided in Clause 15. Before deleting any such Personal Information in our database, we may ask you for some additional information for verifying your identity and for security purposes. We will strive to remove all such Personal Information within a reasonable time frame, subject to the provisions of Clause 7.

 

d) Unsubscribe from Communications: You have the right to continue using/accessing the Website and opting out of Services associated with the Website such as e-mail communications sent by us to the Users registered on our mailing list such as promotional and marketing information and/or other information pertaining to the Website. You can exercise this right by sending an e-mail communication from your registered e-mail address to our e-mail address provided in Clause 15. Alternatively, you may follow the “unsubscribe” instructions provided in each e-mail communication sent by us.

 

e) Right to Object: You have the right to object to the processing of your Personal Information in the manner stated in this Policy. You may exercise this right by sending an e-mail communication from your registered e-mail address to our e-mail address provided in Clause 15 identifying the specific reasons for the objections, your suggestion for any rectification to the manner we process the Personal Information or requesting us to restrict the processing of your Personal Information. We will strive to address any concern that you may have regarding any such processing of Personal Information within a time bound manner. If we are unable to address the concern to your satisfaction, you may exercise your right under Clause 11(c) above.

 

f) Rights relating to User Generated Content: You have the right to request deletion of any User Generated Content shared by you with us. You may exercise this right by sending an e-mail communication from your registered e-mail address to our e-mail address provided in Clause 15 providing us with sufficient information that will allow us to locate and delete the concerned User Generated Content. We will strive to delete the concerned User Generated Content (to the extent capable of being identified and/or deleted) within a time bound manner.

 

g) Rights relating to Non Personal Information: You have the right to opt-out of certain tracking and monitoring technology deployed by the Third Party Services engaged by us. Please see Clauses 9 and 10 above for more information about this.

 

12. Your Consent to this Policy

 

The manner in which you consent to this Policy depends on whether you are classified as a User or not. Depending on the specific nature of the complaint, we may take between 30 to 60 days for resolving any such complaint.
